The Wedding Sage is an event planning and décor studio in Nairobi, Kenya. We offer event planning and coordination, event décor and styling, and event hire (tents, event seating and décor) for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.

We are based in Nairobi, Kenya. Tell us your venue or area when you enquire and we will confirm what we can arrange for your event.

Yes. You can enquire about rentals only, planning and styling only, or both together. Add the pieces you like to your enquiry from the hire catalogue and choose “Rentals only” on the enquiry form.

Our hire catalogue includes the A-Frame Tent, B-Line Tent 10 × 10 and B-Line Tent 6 × 6; Bentwood, Crossback, Chiavari Gold, Chiavari White and Louis chairs; and décor including floral arrangements, custom backdrops and thematic décor and styling.

Every quotation is tailored to your date, venue, guest numbers and the services or items you choose. Send an enquiry with your details and we will confirm availability and prepare a quotation for you.

Event planning and coordination covers concept development, vendor coordination, budget management, event timeline and logistics, and on-site management, for corporate, social and private events.

Our décor services include thematic décor, floral arrangements, table settings and styling, backdrops and stage design, lighting and ambience, and customised décor solutions.
